Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake is a creamy, indulgent dessert drink made with real strawberries, cream cheese, and vanilla ice cream. It blends the flavors of classic strawberry cheesecake into a chilled, refreshing treat that’s quick to make and fun to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk (whole or preferred variety)
  • 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs (optional)
  • 12 tsp sugar or honey (optional, to taste)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
  • Extra strawberries or graham cracker pieces (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine strawberries, softened cream cheese, and milk. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla ice cream and graham cracker crumbs (if using). Blend again until thick and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with sugar or honey if needed.
  4. Pour into chilled glasses and top with whipped cream, extra graham cracker crumbs, and a strawberry if desired.
  5. Serve immediately with a thick straw or spoon.

Notes

  • Frozen strawberries make the shake thicker and colder without ice.
  • Use strawberry ice cream or jam for extra fruity flavor.
  • Add a splash of vanilla or almond extract for added depth.
  • Rim the glass with crushed graham crackers for a decorative touch.
  • Use frozen yogurt and light cream cheese for a lighter version.
