Strawberry Fluff Salad is a nostalgic, no-bake dessert salad made with strawberry Jell-O, whipped topping, yogurt, fruit, and marshmallows. Creamy, fluffy, and fruity, it’s a crowd-pleaser for picnics, potlucks, and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces strawberry Jell-O mix (1 box)
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 (8-ounce) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jell-O mix in 1 cup of hot water. Stir until completely dissolved and let cool to room temperature.
  2. Once cooled, add crushed pineapple, chopped strawberries, mini marshmallows, vanilla yogurt, and thawed whipped topping to the bowl.
  3. Gently mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the salad is set and fluffy.
  5. Before serving, give the salad a gentle stir and optionally garnish with extra strawberries or marshmallows.

Notes

  • Use raspberry or cherry Jell-O for a flavor variation.
  • Greek yogurt can be substituted for vanilla yogurt for a thicker texture.
