Strawberry Greek Frozen Yogurt is a refreshing, creamy, and naturally sweet dessert made with simple ingredients. It’s light, tangy, and full of real strawberry flavor, perfect for a healthy treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. If using fresh strawberries, hull and slice them. If using frozen, let them thaw slightly.
  2. Place strawberries, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add the Greek yogurt and blend again until fully combined and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  6. For soft-serve texture, serve immediately. For a firmer consistency, pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2–3 hours.
  7. Let frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.

Notes

  • Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
  • Adjust sweetener based on taste or use sugar-free alternatives.
  • For extra texture, mix in chopped fresh strawberries or mini chocolate chips before freezing.
  • Cover surface with plastic wrap or parchment before sealing to prevent ice crystals.
