These Stuffed Crust Pizza Bites are cheesy, golden, and poppable — soft pizza dough filled with gooey mozzarella, topped with pepperoni, and brushed with garlic-butter seasoning. Perfect for game day, parties, or anytime you’re craving an easy, shareable pizza snack.

Ingredients

  • 8 string cheese sticks, cut into thirds
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade)
  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough and cut into 24 squares. Place a piece of string cheese in each square, then fold and pinch dough tightly around the cheese. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  3. Press a slice of pepperoni on top of each dough ball. Stir melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over tops. Sprinkle Parmesan if desired.
  4. Bake 12–15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
  5. Cool slightly and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Swap mozzarella with cheddar, pepper jack, or mixed cheeses.
  • Brush baked bites with garlic butter and parsley for a pizza-roll vibe.
  • Add jalapeño slices under pepperoni for spice.
  • Make vegetarian by skipping pepperoni and topping with olives or roasted veggies.
