Soft, buttery rolls filled with creamy garlic herb cheese and brushed with rich garlic butter for a warm and savory treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough or dinner roll dough
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Divide dough into 8–10 equal portions.
  3. In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, parsley, and garlic powder.
  4. Flatten each dough portion slightly and place a spoonful of cream cheese mixture in the center.
  5. Fold dough around the filling, pinch edges tightly to seal, and shape into a ball.
  6. Place rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and salt.
  8. Brush garlic butter generously over the tops of the rolls.
  9. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while warm if desired and serve.

Notes

  • Pinch seams tightly to prevent filling from leaking.
  • Add shredded mozzarella to the filling for extra cheesiness.
  • Mix in red pepper flakes for a spicy variation.
  • Add chopped spinach for extra flavor and color.
