Sweet Chili Halloumi Wraps are savory, crispy, and sweet with a touch of heat—featuring golden-fried halloumi, fresh crunchy veggies, and a drizzle of sweet chili sauce all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for a quick, flavor-packed meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) block halloumi cheese, sliced into strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tortilla wraps or flatbreads
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, shredded or ribboned
  • 1 cup lettuce or mixed greens
  • ½ cup red cabbage, shredded
  • Fresh mint or cilantro (optional)
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Pan-fry halloumi slices for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Set aside.
  3. Warm tortilla wraps until soft and pliable.
  4. Layer lettuce, carrot, cucumber, and red cabbage in the center of each wrap.
  5. Add crispy halloumi slices and drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
  6. Top with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lime juice, then fold and roll each wrap.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately while the halloumi is warm.
