Juicy steak bites seared in garlic butter and finished in a silky Parmesan cream sauce, creating a rich and restaurant-worthy dish ready in just minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.75 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • Additional salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season steak bites generously with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add steak bites in a single layer and sear quickly on all sides until browned but still tender inside.
  4. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese and garlic powder, whisking until smooth and thickened.
  8. Season sauce with additional salt and black pepper as needed.
  9. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  10. Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley and serve immediately.
