Ingredients

  • 6 cups mini salted pretzels
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet, milk, or dark)
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt
  • Optional: 1/4 cup melted white chocolate for drizzling
  • Optional: 1/4 cup crushed nuts or sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Spread pretzels evenly over the baking sheet to form a single layer.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly. Let simmer for about 3 minutes until thick and smooth.
  4. Pour caramel over the pretzels and spread evenly with a spatula.
