This Ultimate Matcha Smoothie is a creamy, vibrant, and energizing drink made with matcha green tea, fruits, and non-dairy milk. It’s perfect for breakfast, a midday boost, or a light snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach or kale
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 34 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Pour the almond milk into a blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana, fresh spinach or kale, and matcha powder.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sweetener if using.
