Whipped feta dip is a creamy, tangy spread made with feta cheese and cream cheese or Greek yogurt. It’s quick to prepare and perfect for pairing with pita, crackers, or veggies.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz block feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese or 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or chives), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crumble the feta cheese and place it in a food processor.
  2. Add cream cheese (or Greek yogurt), olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic if using.
  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and fluffy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with additional olive oil.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs and serve with pita, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

  • Use block feta for better texture and flavor.
  • Add roasted red peppers or sun-dried tomatoes for extra depth.
  • Top with honey and red pepper flakes for a sweet-spicy variation.
  • Fold in chopped cucumbers or olives for freshness.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 4 days and stir before serving.
