Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
  • 1 cup seedless red or green grapes, halved
  • 1/3 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the cooked chicken in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the halved grapes, chopped celery, and red onion.
