This Easy Creamy Chicken Ramen is a quick and comforting dish perfect for a cozy meal. Made with simple ingredients like chicken broth, cream, and cooked chicken combined with ramen noodles, this creamy and savory recipe comes together in minutes using just a skillet. The addition of garlic and soy sauce adds depth of flavor, while everything bagel seasoning gives an optional crunchy, savory finish.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles (without flavor packet)
  • 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 pinch everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt Butter and Sauté Garlic: Melt the unsalted butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook, stirring continuously, until fragrant, approximately 30 seconds to avoid burning.
  2. Add Liquids and Noodles: Pour in the chicken broth and whipping cream. Add the ramen noodles (discarding the flavor packet). Cook, stirring occasionally, until the noodles soften and start absorbing the liquid, around 3 minutes.
  3. Incorporate Seasonings and Chicken: Stir in the reduced-sodium soy sauce and the chopped cooked chicken. Continue heating the mixture just until the chicken is warmed through.
  4. Serve and Garnish: Remove from heat and serve immediately. Optionally, sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning for an extra flavorful finish.

Notes

  • Use cooked chicken such as rotisserie or leftover chicken for convenience.
  • Do not use the ramen flavor packet to control sodium and customize the taste.
  • Adjust the amount of chicken broth and cream if you prefer a thicker or thinner broth.
  • Everything bagel seasoning is optional but adds a nice texture and flavor contrast.
  • This dish can be ready in under 10 minutes, making it perfect for quick lunches or dinners.
