Grilled Peach Salad is a summery, elegant salad featuring caramelized peaches, fresh greens, creamy cheese, and toasted nuts, all finished with a tangy balsamic glaze. Perfect as a side or light main.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 oz mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or spring mix)
  • 1/3 cup goat cheese, feta, or mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans, walnuts, or almonds
  • 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze or vinaigrette
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Brush peach halves lightly with olive oil.
  3. Grill peaches cut-side down for 3–4 minutes until grill marks form and fruit softens slightly.
  4. Let peaches cool slightly, then slice.
  5. In a large bowl or serving platter, arrange greens.
  6. Top with sliced grilled peaches, cheese, red onion, and toasted nuts.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze or vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve immediately while peaches are still warm.

Notes

  • Use firm, ripe peaches for best grilling texture.
  • Add grilled chicken or shrimp to make it a main dish.
  • Blue cheese or burrata are great cheese variations.
  • Swap in nectarines or figs when peaches aren’t in season.
  • Grill peaches ahead and store separately if prepping in advance.
