  • – ¼ cup milk (regular or vegan)
  • 5 tablespoons vegan chocolate hazelnut spread or Nutella (plus more for the rim, if desired)
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream (regular or vegan)

Optional Garnishes

  • Whipped cream (regular or vegan)
  • ¼ cup ice
  • Chopped hazelnuts (for rim and topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glass rim (optional): Spread some Nutella on a small plate and gently dip the rim of your glass into it until it is completely coated. For extra texture and flavor, sprinkle chopped hazelnuts over the coated rim. Set aside.
  2. Blend the milkshake: Pour the milk, chocolate hazelnut spread, and vanilla ice cream into your blender. If desired, add ice to make the milkshake colder and thicker. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve and garnish: Pour the blended milkshake into the prepared glasses. Top with whipped cream, and drizzle with more chocolate hazelnut spread. If the spread is too thick to drizzle, briefly melt it in the microwave to a pourable consistency. Optionally, sprinkle additional chopped hazelnuts on top for extra crunch and decoration.
