Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dip Bowls: Place one or two small bowls filled with your chosen dip(s) such as tzatziki or roasted red pepper hummus on opposite sides of a large platter or serving board.
  2. Arrange the Vegetables: Artistically arrange the fresh vegetables around the dip bowls, grouping like colors together while placing contrasting colors and textures adjacent for visual appeal.
  3. Fill in the Gaps: Add the remaining ingredients such as olives, marinated vegetables, grapes, sliced apples or other fruits, cheese blocks like marinated feta or baby mozzarella, and optional pita wedges to fill any empty spaces on the platter.
