  • 1 bottle (750 ml) Sauvignon Blanc
  • 3 peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries

Mixer

  • 1 can (355 ml) soda water

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, pour the bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and add the sliced peaches and raspberries.
  2. Chill Mixture: Refrigerate the mixture for 3 hours to allow the fruit flavors to infuse into the wine.
  3. Add Soda Water: After chilling, add the can of soda water to the wine and fruit mixture and stir gently to combine.
  4. Serve: Pour the sangria into glasses and serve immediately, enjoying the refreshing, fruity flavors.

Notes

  • For best flavor, use ripe but firm peaches to maintain texture after chilling.
  • Adjust the amount of soda water to taste, adding more for extra fizz.
  • This sangria is best served chilled and consumed the same day.
  • Optional: Garnish with fresh mint leaves or additional fruit slices for presentation.
